Occasionally I browsed (published in paper) materials of IX International Conference (on educational issues in telecommunications) that took place in St. Petersburg, 2006, 21 June.As first I should mention that 'International' in this context means participants from CIS countries were involved.
And the second thing I'd like to mention that my PC Week article was referenced by authors from Perm State Technical University in their work 'IT-SPECIALISTS EDUCATION: problems and work experience' (rough translation from Russian). Although it seems that a lot of simple copy/paste work has been done over my text I'm really glad that I made an impact and my conclusions were used (hope for good).
